my story

Years of Designing with a graphic design degree and an hci masters. my ability to design bold, dark aesthetics have transformed my products into an striking expression of goth elegance.

my process

Products for the witchy, the weary, and the wicked. Created by a Goth Nature-lover navigating the highs and lows of Bipolar disorder and Chronic Illness. My work explores the tension between soft textures and sharp realities. Child-free. Animal-obsessed. Metal-driven. Welcome to the dark side of healing.

experience

MY practice USES witchy & goth staples such as familiars, nature, crystals, bones, crows, and crosses to create a look both edgy and uniquely expressive.

Velvet & Hex Shipping & Tax Policy

1. Fulfillment & Processing

  • Production Time: Our products are made-to-order by Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment (printing and packing) before your order ships. Total delivery time includes this fulfillment period plus the shipping speed selected at checkout.

  • Routing: Orders are automatically routed to the fulfillment center closest to the destination (USA or Canada) to ensure the fastest delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada.

  • International: Shipping to the UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand is currently disabled as we prepare for a phased global rollout.

3. Domestic (USA) Sales Tax

  • Indiana: As a registered business in Indiana, we are legally required to collect a 7% Sales Tax on the total order (including shipping) for all addresses within Indiana.

  • Other States: We do not currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to other US states.

4. Canadian Taxes (GST/HST)

  • For orders shipped to Canada, we collect GST/HST at checkout based on the destination province (e.g., 5% in Alberta, 13% in Ontario).

  • Collecting these taxes at checkout helps prevent "surprise" fees upon delivery and covers the necessary Canadian tax requirements handled during fulfillment.

5. Customer Responsibility & Customs

  • Importer of Record: For Canadian orders, the customer is the importer of record. While we collect sales tax at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional local brokerage fees or unexpected customs duties that may be applied at the border for high-value orders.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return fees incurred.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Domestic (US): Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order.

  • Canada: All sales to Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
